01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 9asia platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 9asia as the platform operator. This agreement covers all services, products, games, and features provided on the platform, including any updates or additions made in the future.

02 Membership Eligibility

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved without any compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or incomplete information may result in withdrawal processing delays or account closure.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include:

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

• Deposits must be made from an account or digital wallet in your own name.

05 Fund Withdrawal
